Within roughly 100 metres you can find supermarkets, brunch cafés, a taverna, pharmacy and local fish, meat and fruit shops. The centre of Neos Marmaras is about a 5-minute walk away, with sandy Paradisos Beach and its clear waters at almost the same walking distance.

Exceptional

A great, clean, well equipped studio. Comfortable bed. The location is also great - close to the centre but quiet. Nearby there are supermarkets, bakeries, grilled chicken, olive oil shop. There is private parking. The hosts are super kind and always checking what is needed. At our arrival, a nice gift was waiting for us. Very caring and thoughtful hosts. Thank you.

This clean, modern apartment in a perfect location offered great amenities, a spacious balcony and a responsive host!

I recently stayed in this fantastic apartment and loved every moment. It was very clean and stylish, with a spacious terrace, it had all the amenities I needed and more. The bed was very comfortable. The location was perfect—quiet yet close to cafes and shops. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful, making the experience even better. I highly recommend this apartment and look forward to staying here again!

Exceptional

Locație foarte bine amplasată. Gazdele primitoare, ne-au ajutat cu recomandări pentru locuri de luat masa. Gazdele au răspuns prompt la întrebările noastre. Ne-au fost schimbate lenjeria de pat și prosoapele în timpul sejurului și am primit un cadou de bun venit. Ne-au întrebat des dacă avem nevoie de ceva.

Το δωμάτιο ήταν άνετο, πολύ καθαρό με θέα την παραλία Παράδεισος. Πολύ κοντά υπάρχει φούρνος, super market, κρεοπωλείο, περίπτερο. Οι φωτογραφίες αντιπροσωπεύουν απόλυτα το δωμάτιο. Οι ιδιοκτήτες ήταν ευγενικοί και για καλωσόρισμα παρείχαν ένα μπουκάλι κόκκινο κρασί. Επίσης παρείχε και θέση πάρκινγκ για το αυτοκίνητο.

Fantastic stay!

Excellent location. Sea view and sunset every day. Very peaceful and quiet. About 400m from the center of the village and the same distance to Paradisos beach. In a radius of 150 m you have 3 markets, a pharmacy, several excellent bakeries and an artisan souvenir shop where you can find the best baklava in this part of Greece. The host is very nice and kind.
